To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in it's original package and with all tags attached. You must also provide a proof of purchase. Returns must be made within 2 days of the original delivery date.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at https://www.retributionclo.com/contact to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping costs.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
